Cancellation Policy
Hair Extension purchases are non-refundable. A fee of 50% of total services scheduled will be charged for clients canceling inside the 24 hour window. A fee of 100% of total services scheduled will be charged for clients who no-show. Clients that repeatedly cancel late will require a non-refundable deposit of 100% the starting rate. Clients that repeatedly no-show will have all future appointments cancelled and not have the opportunity to re-book online, without first discussing with the stylist.
